The priests in the old testament wore head pieces with "Holiness to the Lord" hanging over their foreheads. This was done so that God would take away the iniquity of the consecrated things, the holy gifts - that it maybe acceptable to the Lord.

are also made Kings and Priests - just like Aaron was a priest for God.
We are to walk the consecrated life, and intercede for others - for our
family, city, nation!
We are to be Holy for He is Holy.
We are to repent daily, renew our mind daily, wash our garments in the
blood of Christ and allow the Holy Spirit to transform us each day...so
that we can be holy and blameless when Jesus returns.
This hat is just a reminder that we are bought with the precious
blood of Jesus - and we are called to be Holy! Not walk in the way of
the world.
